Philosophy of the Program

     Bachelor of Arts Programme in English. The programme aims to produce graduates as global citizens of the 21st century through curriculum management based on the philosophy of Progressivism, driven by Outcome-Based Education (OBE). The programme adopts a learner-centred approach, promoting active learning both inside and outside the classroom through diverse and continuous learning activities designed to meet learners’ needs.
     Graduates will acquire comprehensive knowledge and competence in English, both in theoretical and practical aspects. They will be able to integrate English language knowledge and skills with other disciplines, possess a broad and visionary outlook, and work confidently and effectively with people from different linguistic and cultural backgrounds in today’s multicultural society, while upholding ethical values and integrity.
     This approach fosters the development of autonomous learners and encourages lifelong education, ensuring learners’ sustainable growth and continuous self-improvement.
